Shipping Policy 

We ship out orders nationwide Monday-Friday. Orders placed during weekends and selected holidays are processed on the next business day.
Items displayed on our website are ready to ship in 1–3 business days except for pre-orders. Delivery is made to the customer within 5 business days depending on your delivery location.

Pre-orders will be ready for shipping in 2-4 weeks after payment is received.

If your order consists of a mix of ready to ship and pre-order, we will dispatch the order in one shipment except a you instruct otherwise and willing to pay multiple shipping fees.

Our products are shipped via third party delivery couriers. All deliveries must be made to a verifiable street address. Deliveries cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure you double check your shipping address. We will not be responsible for any misinformation that is typed into the order. When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, the item will be returned back to us and we will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.

Please ensure a recipient is at the shipping address to sign for and receive your package.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Please note that we have no control over customs procedures. On rare occasions your orders may be delayed due to Customs keeping a package. These are not covered in our shipping policy and are out of our control.
